A Providence man cashed in $25,832 worth of Daily Numbers tickets from the November 6th evening draw. He wagered $1.00 on three straight bets that he purchased at Eagle Supermarket, 117 Ives St., Providence. He also wagered $1.00 on two combo bets that he purchased at 71 Milk Store, 71 Hope St., Providence. He matched all four digits in the exact order to win $5,000 on each straight bet and $5,416 on each combo bet, equaling $25,832. He said he has been playing the winning numbers, 1 2 8 1, for years and that they are from an old friend's license plate number. He plans to use the money won to take his wife on a vacation.

Andrew Zelano of Warwick claimed a $20,000 "$1,000,000 Scratch" Instant Ticket prize. He purchased the winning ticket while at Twin Oaks, 100 Sabra St., Cranston, for a Christmas Party. He is currently enrolled in college and plans to use the money won toward his tuition and for other college expenses.
