Two Instant Ticket Top Prizes Claimed</br>
Two Keno Plus Players Win $18,000 on the Same Draw
Erica Dadona of Cranston claimed a $50,000 "Frogger" Instant Ticket top prize. Stop & Shop, 275 Warwick Ave., Cranston, sold the winning ticket. She plans to put some of her winnings towards renting an apartment.
Darryl Fisher of Bradford claimed a $12,000 "Silver & Gold" Instant Ticket top prize. Stop & Shop, 149 Franklin St., Westerly, sold the winning ticket. He plans to enjoy his winnings.
A Burrillville woman won $18,000 playing Keno Plus on Wednesday, January 17th. She wagered $1 on a seven-spot Keno game and matched all seven numbers to win the standard prize payout of $4,500. Because she doubled her base wager to add Keno Plus, her prize has multiplied by four, the Keno Plus number drawn, to win $18,000. Sticks Tavern, 417 Putnam Pike, Glocester, sold the winning ticket. She plans to use her winnings to take her children on vacation.
A Bristol man also won $18,000 on the same Keno Plus draw. He too, wagered $1 on a seven-spot Keno game, and doubled his base wager to add Keno Plus, which increased his prize from $4,500 to $18,000. Bristol Express, 1064 Hope St., Bristol, sold the winning ticket. He does not have any immediate plans for his winnings.
