The Basics
• On Sale starting October 4th.
• Tickets Cost $20 each.
• Available only in Rhode Island.
• Only 120,000 Raffle tickets will be available for sale. Last year's Raffle game sold out, so please purchase your tickets early. The earlier you buy your tickets, the more $10,000 Early Bird Bonus Drawings you'll qualify for.
• Raffle tickets are numbered sequentially from 000001 to 120000.
• Be sure to sign your tickets immediately upon purchase, for security purposes.

How to Play • No play slip is required. Just ask your Lottery Retailer for a Raffle ticket. The Lottery terminal will automatically generate the numbered ticket.
• Cancellations are not allowed for Raffle tickets.
• Players can purchase multiple tickets with each Raffle ticket printing separately.

The Drawing
Winners do not have to be present for any of the Rhode Island Lottery’s Million Dollar Raffle Drawings. This includes the five $10,000 Early Bird Drawings and the $1 Million Grand Prize Drawing. However, you must be present in order to win the Twin River prize packs as stated below in the Early Bird Drawings section.
The Million Dollar Raffle Grand Drawing is scheduled for New Year's Eve (December 31, 2009*) at Twin River's Lighthouse Lounge with a live telecast on WPRI-12.
* The Rhode Island Lottery reserves the right to change the drawing date with adequate advance public notice.
If you are present at Twin River for the Early Bird drawings and your number is drawn, you will win a Twin River prize pack, which consists of a $100 Twin River gift card and a pair of tickets to an upcoming show. In order to claim your prize pack, you must report to the Player’s Club Booth within 15 minutes of the number being announced to claim your bonus prize. If you do not have your Raffle Ticket with you, you will have 24 hours from that time to return to Twin River with your ticket as proof to claim your bonus prize. You only need to show your ticket to Twin River staff, since you will need to bring your ticket to the Lottery to claim your $10,000 prize. Remember to always sign the back of your ticket for security purposes.
