The Rhode Island Lottery and the Ground Round in Pawtucket partnered up to give away Paw Sox tickets on Tuesday, May 11th, to every person who made a PowerBall® PowerPlay® purchase that night. For just a $2 PowerBall® PowerPlay® purchase, Paw Sox fans received 2 tickets to this Sunday’s Fan Fest Game. Those who made a $10 PowerBall® PowerPlay® purchase received a 4-pack of tickets along with 2 Paw Sox hats! For the month of May, you could win 10X the money when making a PowerBall® PowerPlay® purchase if the Power Play® wheel lands on 10, which replaced one of the 5’s for this month only.
On February 26, The Rhode Island Lottery and Casey's Grill & Bar teamed up to promote the URI's Men's Basketball Blue-Out game. Starting at 5 p.m., with any PowerBall and/or Mega Millions lottery ticket purchase, players received a free ticket to the game along with a free Blue-Out T-shirt! Those who purchased the Mega Millions and PowerBall tickets, can bring them to the Blue-Out game on March 3 at the Ryan Center, as entry for a chance to win a half court shot for $35,000 at half time!
The Rhode Island Lottery will also be at the March 3 URI Basketball game selling Mega Millions and PowerBall tickets, so you can purchase them there for more chances to win the throw!
